Updating Account Information or Change of Account Information

Updated Liability or Worker's Compensation certificates may be submitted via email, fax or by the postal service.  Please Note: Teller County must be the Certificate Holder.

Change of company names or examinees require a new application submission.  If company is simply filing as a new DBA, then only the Colorado Secretary of State Certificate of Trade Name needs to be provided to the Building Division
