Assessor's Office
The duties of the Assessor’s office are to discover, list, classify and value all real and personal property in Teller County.

Board of County Commissioners (BOCC)
The Board of County Commissioners is an administrative and policy-making body for Teller County as delegated by the Colorado General Assembly. The Commissioners are elected by voters to represent the three districts in Teller County. The three-member Board of County Commissioners is the main policy-making body in the County and works to represent the interests of the citizens of the county at local, state, and national levels.

Clerk & Recorder
The office of the Clerk and Recorder duties include Duties of the Clerk and Recorder include being the Chief Election Official in Teller County, the Agent of the State of Colorado for Motor Vehicle titling and licensing, the official recorder of property and other legal documents for Teller County, the Agent of the State of Colorado for issuing marriage licenses and the Clerk to the Board of County Commissioners for Teller County.

Coroner
The Coroner’s Office investigates all sudden and/or unattended deaths throughout the county. Through an investigation, a determination is made as to the cause and manner of death.

Public Trustee
The Office of the Teller County Public Trustee is to serve the citizens of Teller County as defined in the Colorado Revised State Statutes.

Sheriff's Office
The Sheriff's Office maintains the Detentions Facility, provides security for the County Courts, and serves various legal papers throughout the county.

Surveyor
The Surveyor has several responsibilities including representing the county in boundary disputes, filing surveys, field notes, maps and other records.

The Treasurer's Office is responsible for the collection and distribution of property tax.
