Mission of Teller County Community Development Department

The Mission of the Teller County Community Development Department (CDD) is to develop and apply land use, building, and environmental health regulations that safeguard the natural resources, fiscal integrity, and other interests of Teller County. In administering these programs and assisting citizens, it is also the mission of CDD to provide timely and cost-effective services in a fair and consistent manner.
